This is the ultimate trekking tour, taking you to the summit of Mt. Tedou (a challenging mountain for experienced hikers) and then traversing the Iriomote Island's longest trail, the Iriomote Crossing Trail. Due to the designated natural tourist resource area of Iriomote Island, there are entry restrictions. *We will handle the application process for you. This course is for those with the stamina to progress at a fairly fast pace on steep slopes and rough terrain. Suitable for serious trail runners, mountaineers, marathon runners, and other endurance sports enthusiasts. Please fill in your mountaineering and race participation history and sports experience for the past year on the reservation form. Duration: Approximately 12 hours ●Tour Price Single participant: ¥68,000 Two or more participants: ¥48,000 We will cover the ¥1,000 application fee for entry approval to the Iriomote Island designated natural tourist resource area; please have it ready in cash on the day of the tour. ●Clothing/Items to bring: Headlamp, drinks, lunch, snacks, comfortable clothing that covers skin, comfortable walking shoes, gloves, insect repellent *Shoes and feet will get wet as we will be crossing rivers. ●Transportation Area Pick-up: Iriomote Island western area only (Uehara Port area, Funauura to Shirahama) Drop-off: Available throughout the island *If your accommodation changes before and after the tour, depending on the availability of transportation, we may not be able to transport your luggage to your next accommodation by car.
