This jungle trekking tour for advanced hikers takes you through a rugged jungle path to a hidden waterfall nestled majestically deep in the jungle, almost in the center of Iriomote Island. Access is restricted as this area is designated as a Specific Natural Tourism Resource of Iriomote Island. *We can handle the application process on your behalf. Recommended for active participants and those with mountain climbing experience. Please fill out the reservation form with your mountain climbing or sports experience from the past year. Tour Fee: Single participant on the day: ¥33,000 Two or more participants: ¥22,000 Students (student ID required): ¥20,000 In addition to the above fees, a ¥3,000 Urauchi River sightseeing boat ride fee must be purchased at the boarding point on the day. We will also cover the ¥500 Iriomote Island Specific Natural Tourism Resource Entry Approval Application Fee, so please have it ready in cash on the day. Since you need to return to catch the last sightseeing boat, you will need to walk along the rugged path at a brisk pace. You can also charter a boat and depart one hour earlier than the regular sightseeing boat. In this case, the cost is ¥19,000 per boat for up to two participants, plus an additional ¥3,000 for each additional participant, split among the participants. Except during winter (December-February), a charter boat will be used for groups of two or more.
